Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authorities regulations.
Help maintain care standards and improve care services.
Work with health professionals to provide the best care.
Encourage residents' independence and self-care.
Keep accurate care records.
Promote innovation and best practices in care delivery.
Assist with training and supporting new employees.
Maintain professionalism and contribute to a high-quality work environment.
Note: In addition to these functions, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
Qualification required
Care Certificate Level 2 or willing to achieve within 16 weeks of commencement of employment.
