PhoenixBookLog
PhoenixBookLog is where we record everything related to the individuals we support. It includes daily notes, observations, seizure logs, incident and accident reports, medication incidents, mood tracking, body maps, and more. It also holds vital documents like support plans, risk assessments, transition records, and positive behaviour support plans.
Because it’s all in one place, we can keep track of a resident’s needs in real-time and make sure their care remains responsive and tailored. Staff can quickly access and update key information, ensuring continuity and safety.
PhoenixBookRec
Our staff are at the core of the care we provide, and PhoenixBookRec helps us take care of them too. Through this part of the system, we manage supervisions, appraisals, medication observations, group reflections, and consultations. It also tracks things like recruitment, inductions, probation periods, and return-to-work forms after sickness.
It allows us to stay on top of staff development and wellbeing while making sure the right support is always available for the team. Every supervision, observation, or review is meaningful and logged with purpose.
PhoenixBookHub
This is where Phoenixwave’s governance and quality assurance come together. PhoenixBookHub supports our managers and directors with tools for monitoring complaints, compliments, safeguarding concerns, feedback, and audits. It also houses our policy centre, training facilitation, investigation logs, and even our formal HR processes.
With custom dashboards for every level of the organisation — from frontline support staff to the senior leadership team — we’re able to keep a clear line of sight on the whole service.
